Our counselling is delivered online or via telephone by fully trained counsellors who work within the guidelines and ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
We hope to receive funding to cover the cost of at least 6 consecutive therapy sessions, however in the interim there may be a small nominal fee. If you cannot afford this, it will not prevent you from accessing our services.
